At The Minaret Letters, we strive to ensure you are fully satisfied with your purchase. Please review our policy below regarding returns, exchanges, and refunds for both physical and digital products.

1. Physical Products

a. Eligibility for Return

We don't accept returns for delivered letters.

Custom, personalized, or made-to-order items are final sale and not eligible for return unless damaged or defective upon arrival.

b. How to Initiate a Return

If you have a problem, email us at hello@theminaretletters.com with:

Your order number
A brief description of the issue
Clear photos if the item is damaged or incorrect

We will provide instructions. Please do not send items back without contacting us first.

c. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or we made an error. We recommend using a trackable shipping method. We are not responsible for returns lost in transit.

d. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

2. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or you received the wrong product, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with a photo and order number. We’ll work quickly to issue a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.

3. Digital Products

All digital products (downloads, printables, templates, etc.) are final sale and non-refundable due to the nature of instant access. If you experience issues with your download or receive the wrong file, please email us at info@theminaretletters.com, and we’ll make it right.
