Shipping & Delivery Policy

Thank you for shopping with The Minaret Letters. We’re committed to delivering your orders in a timely and reliable manner. Please review the following policy to understand how we handle shipping and delivery for both physical and digital letters.

1. Order Processing​

  • We mail out letters between the second and third week of the month. If your order has been placed after the third week, you will receive your first letter the following month.

2. Shipping Methods & Carriers​

We ship via trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, and FedEx. 

  • Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery within 5–10 business days (U.S. orders)
  • International Shipping: Available to select countries; delivery time varies by destination

3. Shipping Rates​

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the delivery address. Occasionally, we offer free shipping promotions — these will be clearly communicated on the website or via email.

4. Mailing Schedule

  • Subscribe before the 15th of the month to receive your first letter that month.
  • Subscribe after the 15th, and your first letter will be mailed the following month.

5. Shipping Restrictions​

  • We do not ship to P.O. Boxes for expedited or international orders.
  • Customs, duties, and taxes for international orders are the responsibility of the customer and may be due upon delivery.
  • The Minaret Letters is not responsible for delays due to customs processing.

6. Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages​

  • If your order is marked as delivered but not received, please first check with your local carrier or neighbors.
  • For lost or significantly delayed shipments, contact us at hello@theminaretletters.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date.
  • If an item arrives damaged, please send a photo of the damage within 3 days of delivery, and we’ll assist you with a replacement or refund.

7. Digital Products​

Digital letters are delivered via email or through a secure link within 24 hours of your purchase. No physical item will be shipped.

If you do not receive your download within 36 hours of purchase, please check your spam folder or contact us.
